I want to start off with this:  Keep in mind while reading this that everything you read about in my bio about sports, bodybuilding or life, I had doubters, haters, and people telling me I would not start in high school football, or play in college, or ever be a good bodybuilder due to my size, but to those people I say thanks, thanks for making me work harder and build who I am today.  Never live your life on behalf of someone else's perception of yourself, you make what you want of your life, you determine the out come of who and what you are.  I live for me and train for me, I am a bodybuilder and that will never change only grow into bigger and better things. There is no word as can't, only I can.  The unachievable is only to those who let negativity run their lives, be strong, train hard, and be YOURSELF!!!

Born on March 21, 1982 to a full blooded Italian family was born and raises in northern NJ.  Growing up as a kid was a challenge, I was always a little more stockier then the next kid, I remember playing tee ball and the kids would make fun of me because my calves were so big compared to everything else on my body they would say I had Cankels.  I was very self conscious of my body, hating to take my shirt off at the beach because I also had a big chest, I felt like I was a fat, chunky kid.  My father would always yell at me telling me to wear tighter clothes because I always wore baggy shit, being afraid of my physique and trying to hide it.  Growing up I was always active never inside on these Nintendo's, always outside doing something, skate boarding, snowboarding, playing outside  with my friends etc., and also played football, basketball, and baseball.  The sport that I kept pursuing throughout my life was football.  Playing since I was in 3rd grade and having my father as a head coach for a good amount of years wasn't easy.  When I first started playing I didn't even start,as my dad as the head coach even, but he always pushed me harder then the next player and that was because I was his son and wanted me to be the best I could be.  I use to be so nuts about working out I bought a shitty bench that had a leg extension attachment on the end with those sand filled weights.  Along with that my father helped me make a triceps and lat pull down from the pulleys and the metal rack hanging in my garage.  There is where I started it all blasting my Rocky sound track and doing standard workouts I knew this was it for me.

Finally, making it to high school I worked my way up through injuries, broken ankles, and many more problems, but by the time Senior year came around, that summer I was in the gym and started my career as a lifter/bodybuilder/athlete.  I was so infatuated with bodybuilding I sent pictures in to team bodybuilding.com, where they posted pictures and a bio about me as one of they're sponsored athletes.  I remember getting the email, and calling my dad ecstatic because they were going to sponsor me as a member.  Back to the timeline, starting as running back and middle line backer, making all conference I was recruited to play at Western Connecticut State University as a running back.

After being red shirted freshman year, I put on size and got strong as shit, and in a year went from 160 to 180, of clean muscle.  Even with the cafe food I still managed to eat good, and always had a blender with protein and banana's in my room for my extra meals.  Going into my Junior year with the help of a former Mr. New Jersey, I did my first show in West Virginia. The show was the NABBA Mr. WV championships.  I drove down there with just my cousin Glenn and myself, nine hours, to do the show the next day turn around and drive home the following night.  The reason this show was the one I did was because I signed up for the Tom's River show on the same day (Aug 23, 2003), but they cancelled it due to lack of competitors, so I googled other shows and that was the only one around the same time frame, so I went.

As the years came by bodybuilding and training got moe intense with the help from a up and coming Heavy weight bodybuilder PJ Braun, whom had been my training partner for almost two years. PJ and I put together my plan for the Toms River Golds Classic in 2005, in NJ were I qualified for Nationals.  After a solid year and a half off, I met a good friend Evan Centopani, whom became a great help along with PJ for my success.  Talking with Evan in 2006 in my off season he told me to talk to his nutritionist who he worked with for the Jr Nationals and Nationals that year.  He assured me I would be in the best shape of my life for my next target show the JR USA's.  That's when I met Dave Palumbo and my success continued to win the 2007 Metropolitans and the JR USA's.
